DETECTIVE BOOK TRILOGY

I am currently writing the third and final novel in a trilogy of detective books set primarily in Nigeria. When complete, the trilogy would consist of a short story and two sequels, both of which are full-fledged novels. Although part of a trilogy, each book is a separate story featuring the same cast of Nigerian law enforcement characters topped by Lagos city detective, Ikenna Kodilinye, who was first introduced in Child In A Time of Tribulation

FIRST SEQUEL: GRIFTER'S RAZOR

STATUS: PUBLISHED AND AVAILABLE IN BOOK RETAIL OUTLETS

In the pre-internet era of the early 1990s, Detective Ikenna Kodilinye is on the trail of a group of Nigerian swindlers specialized in enticing gullible European and American businessmen with “too–good–to–be–true” scams with disastrous consequences. This work of fiction is set in 5 countries with Nigeria being the primary location where most of the events in the novel play out.

SECOND SEQUEL: THE SECTION BREAKERS

It is the early 2000s, internet has arrived in Nigeria and is thriving. With it comes a gale of internet scams, which has the non-tech savvy Nigeria Police Force scrambling to keep up. Detective Ikenna Kodilinye is put in charge of a taskforce to deal with this unfamiliar wave of electronic crimes
